Fees

The board of directors sets the assessments and fees for BLWC. All properties within the service area are charged an annual assessment to cover the general maintenance and operation of the system. This assessment falls into one of two categories; Operating Assessment for properties with a water connection or Standby Assessment for properties without a water connection. These assessments are divided into two equal parts billed in May and November each year.

Operating Assessment – $300
Standby Assessment – $100 per year.

The Capital Improvement Assessment is charged to every property within the service area and is set at $240 annually. This assessment is also divided into two equal parts billed in May and November each year.
