Bear Lake Water Company (BLWC) is a privately owned and operated community water system. It is located in unincorporated Rich County, UT near the town of Garden City, UT. It services Sweetwater Ridge HOA (Trailer Park), Sweetwater Golf Course HOA (Golf Course), Sweetwater Park HOA (Hillside), and Fox Ridge HOA (two small sections located within the Golf Course HOA).

The system is regulated and monitored by the Department of Environmental Quality of the State of Utah and Bear River Health Department.

BLWC is managed by a board of directors and employs full time operators who maintain and run the system.
